note 20359 added to ref.mssql

My configuration : PHP4-APACHE-MySQL works correctly . The installation CD was included in a book devoted to PHP4/MySQL . I downloaded from Internet phpMyAdmin ( the last version ) . Now I'd like to use MS SQL-SERVER db .
