I'm not sure if I'm using this properly, but everytime I try using the socket_write()
function,
done in a form, using socket_write($sock,$u_input,strlen($u_input));
But I keep on getting a Broken Pipe error. All the data is correct if I echo $sock it shows as
Resource #1, then just for safety sake, I did something like:
echo "Sock = $sock, Str = $u_input, Len = " . strlen($u_input); just to see if all the
data was proper and it was. What I'm basically trying to do is make a webbased telnet
application to allow people to go to 'talkers' via the www and have the majority of things
worked out w/ exception of the writing to the socket. It can read from it fine, just can't
write. If anyone can help out with this, cheers...
