I'm trying to access a file with fopen and fread. The file is on an other server on the LAN
wich is a Windows 2000. The php server is a windows NT 4 with php4.0.6.
I get an error : permission denied.
all the files are accessible from all the machines. Only php cant read them.
Has anybody a solution??
