Following the above instructions I have created a tar.gz file of the changes
(The URL above didn't seem to work) The changes are for PHP-4.0.5 Only
http://www.alt-php-faq.org/download.php?php4.0.5-imagecopyresizedbicubic.tar.gz
I added a readme for making changes to newer versions, many thanks to the above
peoples comments.
Extract the source tar.gz file into the PHP source dir and just unextract
tar -pxzf php4.0.5-imagecopyresizedbicubic.tar.gz
Then compile PHP
