Oops. That should have been $key="secret key";
("smaller key" is actually too many characters).
Also, stop and start (not restart) Apache to verify -- once you get a segfault in the mcrypt
library, it doesn't seem to come back, even when using the proper key sizes.
Open source is a Good Thing.
