Internet Explorer4.0 on Windows fails to download files (when you send a file to the user's
browser) and save it to disk if session_register() has been called. Something to do with the
"No Cache" put by default in the html header. You can avoid this by using
"session_cache_limiter("private")" to disable the NoCache header.
