note 20633 added to install.windows

installation on windows 2000. the test page as per installation works fine, but when I try and execute the pear directory html php file (any) I get this error: Cannot find module (IP-MIB): At line 0 in (none) Cannot find module (IF-MIB): At line 0 in (none) Cannot find module (TCP-MIB): At line 0 in (none) Cannot find module (UDP-MIB): At line 0 in (none) Cannot find module (SNMPv2-MIB): At line 0 in (none) Cannot find module (SNMPv2-SMI): At line 0 in (none) PHP Fatal error: Failed opening required 'PEAR.php' (include_path='') in C:\PHP\pear\HTML\Table.php on line 22 .
