When you specify a directory for document_root, be sure that it points DIRECTLY to a particular
site's directory. In other words, if you're running virtual sites, it doesn't look
like you can have more than one site running PHP...but I am open to correction. All I know is that
when I specified c:\inetpub\wwwroot as the document_root, PHP didn't work, but when I specified
c:\inetpub\wwwroot\misc.domain.com, it worked.
Also, it might be useful to follow the IIS 3 instructions so you can double-click a PHP file from a
folder and run it. The IIS 4 instructions do not allow this, but it might be useful.
