Opp... i forgot the most important thing... by default, the extension_dir in php.ini is ./ right!!!
all instruction tells to change to the folder of extensions file, such as c:\php3. But in fact, it
doesn't work at all... and i have to change to ..\php3. 'cause it seems to me that the
default value <./> never ever changes whatever we change the extension_dir. <cannn't
load extensive at ./c:\php3\php_mysql.dll> .... GOODLUCK
