Just a note about a differing behaviour between this, and strftime. The 'T' option here
always shows the CURRENT timezone for the computer. The '%Z' equivilant option for
strftime, shows the timezone AT THAT TIME.
Meaning the following (on my machine):
strftime("%Z", 100121210); # returns EST
strftime("%Z", 120121210); # returns EDT
However:
date("T", 100121210); # returns EST
date("T", 120121210); # returns EST
Note; however, that the 'O' option will in fact change. Going from -0500 to -0400.
