Problems I resolved during installation that are (possibly?) not documented...
In order for apache to find the mime type "application/x-httpd-php .php", it not only
needs to be added to httpd.conf but in the file mime.types as well. The entry in mime.types
(located in the apache/conf/ dir) looks like:
"application/x-httpd-php php".
Also when installing the php4apache.dll
note that the entry in httpd.conf (LoadModule php4_module c:/WINNT/system32/php4apache.dll)
needs to be inserted AFTER the AddModule list. The first line above the AddModule entries,
"ClearModuleList", will do just that, and apache fails to find your .dll.
