Well, sorry for my english.
Adding /include and /lib at the c-client source tree and copying the mail.h rf822.h and linckage.h
to /include and c-client.a to /lib/libc-client.a the Apache 1.2.13 complilling with mod_ssl and
mod_php is most simple.

PD: I've found so many problems with the compilation of apache with thats modules.
