It turns out that I made a stupid mistake by including a dash (-) in my column's name. MySql
tried to somehow, compute the UPDATE query and returned an error.
But still, even if that part of the problem is resolved, I can't figure out why:
addslashes("robert's"); WILL show
while
addslashes($fields[$count][value]) WON'T
Is it because of that magic-quotes thing?
