Let's say,
we have session stored in *files* (php.ini),
we have a FreeBSD server,
we have an index.php with following code:

startSession($user);
?>
.....
The function startSession() contains following code:

$admin_id = $user[id];
$admin_vorname = $user[vorname];
$admin_name = $user[name];
$admin_email = $user[email];
$admin_projekte = $user[projekte];
$admin_bemerkung = $user[bemerkung];
global $admin_id,$admin_vorname, [and the other...];
session_start();
session_register("admin_id", "admin_vorname", [and the other...]);
?>
When you take a look on the session-file on the server,
there is no variable in file saved!!!!!
When you put the code of the function IN index.php, it should work perfectly.
Dunno if its working on other Un*x/Win systems with functions...
Crap bug.... now I'm mad :)
