note 20371 deleted from install.windows by irc-html

Getting PHP to recognize extension dlls was a nightmare for me until i read the users' comments above. The solution which worked for me on my win2K, apache installation was to use DOS compliant directory names i.e. c:\php4\extens~1 instead of c:\php4\extensions (I tried enclosing the name in double quotes as some suggested but I still got error messages about my dlls not being found) Hope this helps.
