note 21037 added to function.ldap-set-rebind-proc

rebind_proc will not work, because the ldap_bind uses V2 bind. If you want to force V3 an error occurs. That is why the fonction will not work. I hope that the developers will patch the php-4.2.0 source which also make that mistake. I debugged my server and saw, that a ldap_bind from php only uses V2 bind and i cannot be forced to use V3 binds.
