it seems that, when not using a month/day/year but 1-1-1970 to store a hour/minute timestamp, times
starts from 01:00 instead of 00:00 (midnight). How to store hour-only timestamp for times lower than
01:00 ??
e.g. :
- 00:34 returns -1
- 01:00 returns 0
- 02:00 returns 3600.
