note 21146 added to function.get-defined-constants

I have PHPtriad installed. PHP version according to readme is 4.1.1. I tried to use the get_defined_constants() function. The result was an error message php.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart your Program. Anybody else encountered this problem already?
