update on the libx.o problem with mySql.
Specify "--with-mysql=shared,<DIR>" where DIR is location of root of
"include/mysql", (/usr on redhat). Now you can run "make install" without
modifying anything. There will be no errors/warnings and Apache will load libphp4.so without
problem.
