INCLUDE FILES:
For those who use a Service Provider (most of us)
CGIWRAP... PHP secure
If your ISP has installed a CGI version of PHP at
say... "/usr/local/bin/php3.cgi", you can call it
from a stub executable in your cgi-bin.
Create a text file in your cgi-bin called "php3.cgi"
containing this line "#!/usr/local/bin/php3.cgi".
Chmod it 700, and then you can use a URL similar to:
http://www.ISP.com/cgi-
bin/cgiwrap/username/php3.cgi/~username/filename.html
A php file should run with the extension ".html".
Chmod settings on files must match your ISP's rules
Now you can virtually put your "include" files
(or the whole kaboodle) anywhere secure you like.
I think this is what PHP intended!!!!!!

echo "<A HREF=\"http://www.ISPsite.com/cgi-bin/
cgiwrap/username/php3.cgi/~username/
any_dir_u_want/testfile.php3\">Do Test</A>";
