EXTRA NOTE:
If you would like to have a .php page to be used as a defalut page, such as index.html, you will
need to do the following:
1) make sure the index file name is has index.php or whatever_defalut_file_name.php
examptle: index.html,home.html,index.php
2) make sure you have php set up in you Defalut mime type.
example: text/plain, magnus-internal/x-httpd-php
This will allow you to go to a directory, such as http://www.server.com/directory, and have the index.php
work.
You can also pass varables to the defalt page without having the "filename.php:, such as
http://www.server.com/directory/?varable1=whatever&varable2=whatever.
