Don't forget to replace any SPACE's (e.g. " ") in the url / filename with
"%20". Otherwise you will get strange error messages.
This foxed me for almost an hour ! You can use the following to replace the spaces with a URL
friendly character:
@$filename = str_replace(" ", "%20", $filename);
