note 21538 added to faq.databases

Hi there, i uninstalled the binaries that came on ma mandrake boxe, cause i need support for xml on php. So now im facing the problem, of recompilling everything, apache+php+mysql, cause i cant just add --with-xml to ma configure comand, since as i said, this was a mandrake binary package.
