When using require I found that relative "../.." worked fine but I had trouble working
with $DOCUMENT_ROOT.
Here's what worked for me
<?PHP require ($DOCUMENT_ROOT."/menubar.php") ?>
This way I could be a few directories away and still reference a file.
Oh all things I found this in a an error message cached on a search engine. I very new to PHP, and
I am pointing out the $VALUE."LITERAL" with the dot. Doubtless I will forget and this
tid-bit will be of use to myself in the future.
