The alternate syntax appear to be mainly a "feature" to ease the transition for
programmers who previously wrote basic. There er no situation where the exact same algorithm cannot
be written with the normal syntax.
It is as unnessesary as the 2 (or is it 3?) alternate syntaxes for strings, and I would recoomend
that it be removed from the laguage as fast as possible.
smart => complex&confusing => bad.
simple => comprehensible&checkable => good.
