I attempted to run this code and received and message that the resource isn't available. I
moved the OCIFetchInto outside of the for loop, both before and within the actual loop and it
worked. However, as part of this statement, it always fails with a resource not available. What
is wrong?
for ($i=0; OCIFetchInto($emp_stmt, $row, OCI_ASSOC); $i++)
