Why "Input" tag return another string when I input a Chinese string? Example I input the
Chinese character, it's hexadecimal is "\xDD\xDA" , then return a
"\xFD\xFA". Why? I use IE 6.026 and NetScape 6 get the same result. Is it for
"PHP"?
