I have been playing with forms and PHP, and I have com across an odd problem. I want the user to be
able to enter a "(quote) into a textbox, and NOT have it replaced with ", or ".
It seems this is something PHP does automatically. All I have the script doing echoing it to the
screen, so the user can verify the data they entered is correct before it is processed any further.
In the end the data is included as the body of an email message, so I need it to display
"(quotes) as quotes and not HTML. Is there an easy fix or work around for this, or am I going
to have to code a special routine to correct this? If anyone has any hints or ideas on this, email
me.
