note 21996 deleted from function.mysql-fetch-array by dams

I use $db_temp = mysql_fetch_array( $result ,MYSQL_NUM) .
Then i will get 3 things in assoziative Array (name,value, indizie).
Problem is i could only get (name,value) or (indizie,value) but not three things togehter.
Do you know a solution ?
