note 22063 added to install.linux

Installing Apache/MySQL and PHP 4.2.1 Using .configure --with-apache=../apache_1.3.22 \ --with-ldap \ --enable-ftp \ --with-bz2 \ --prefix=/usr/local/php then do a make && make install, works to a point and compiles and install the programs except that it does not create the php executable in /usr/local/php/bin am I doing something wrong?
