Using fopen like this:
fopen("somefile.php?somevar=somevalue","r") will report that such file
doesn't exist. It searches for the file name somefile.php?somevar=somevalue and of course the
file that really exists is somefile.php.
Is it a bug? or it is operating the right way and the error is in the above fopen instruction.
