note 22134 added to ref.imap

I just installed c-client from imap-2002.DEV.SNAP-0205241716. To make it work on my GNU/Linux system (2.4 kernel, glibc 2.2.5), I had to edit the imap source. In the file src/osdep/unix/tcp_unix.c, I changed the function tcp_socket_open to run getprotobyname("tcp") instead of "ip".
