note 22145 added to features.file-upload

I was having problems with the returned upload array. The name, and type were returned, but tmp_name was empty and size was set as 0. I removed the maxfilesize input type, and it worked perfectly again, all of the elements of the array were present. Odd but true. Hope this helps someone out. -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/features.file-upload.php http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+22145 http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+22145 http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+22145
