I was just testing the socket script example that I founded at php.net/sockets
the first script and it's returning the error:
Warning: socket_bind() unable to bind address [13]: Permission denied in
/usr/local/www/data.default/socket.php on line 22
the line 22 is:

if (($ret = socket_bind ($sock, $address, $port)) < 0) {
what can be wrong ?
