Ignore comments which seem to say this function is useless because all the headers are available as
environment variables, this is untrue. This function gives you access to the raw headers as opposed
to only the headers Apache has parsed and put into its environment for cgi scripts.
A good example of this is the X-Forwarder-For header. This header contains the IP address of a
client using a proxy and is very useful for tracking proxy users' by their IP (What normally
would be $REMOTE_ADDR .. Proxies disrupt the normal behavoir of REMOTE_ADDR since they are the
servers making the connections).
