So let me see if I understand this correctly...
snmpset("127.0.0.1",1,port1,portEnable,[1000000[3]]);
this would go to the location at 127.0.0.1 and set port1 of type portEnable to equal 1. and it
would timeout on 1 second and retry 3 times???
