note 22302 added to function.imagecolortransparent

Pulling whats left of my hair out. What are the extra steps you used, because I think I've tried everything else but cannot get the background to be transparent. I did however combine images with alpha blending set to TRUE, but they still had the solid black background. Why has this feature been omitted and any work around undocumented? -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.imagecolortransparent.php http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+22302 http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+22302 http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+22302
