note 22562 added to function.imap-fetchstructure

Somebody must include some good examples of how to decode a message with and without an attachement. I'm writing a web based email, and it wasn't verry easy for me to understand that part. After a week of searching I still don't get it very well, but now (I think and hope) I'm able to write it... Yet I'm not that good with it, so I'm not able to put an example in it myself...
