note 22723 added to install.xitami

I don't really understand, that solution doesn't seem to work at all. Specifying any .php file will work fine, but just typing in the root of my webserver will still give me this error (typing in "index.php" at the end of it will work however) Also, it's not letting me pass variables at all through the url, using the ? (I assume that's what this security vunerability is for...) Even using this "fix".
