note 8060 added to Apache module

i've used on apache httpd.conf:
<directory "/www/auser">
php3_open_basedir '/www/auser'
php3_safe_mode on
php3_root_doc '/www/auser'
</directory>
but a php3 files owned by auser still create:
soft&hard links & rename & touch where owner & file permissione can
(i've used a /tmp/example dir owned by auser with 777 mode)
[yea i'm paranoid ... but a chroot should be a better solution]
