Hello i am tryijng to create a mailing list that gets the addresses from MySQL this is what i have

include "start.php";
$conn = connectusers();
$query = "SELECT email FROM membase LIMIT 0,2";
$result = mysql_query($query,$conn) or die(mysql_error());
$currow = mysql_fetch_array($result);
mail($currow, TEST, $title, $siteaddr);
echo "$result";
?>
But all it prints is "Resource ID #2"
So i know its not sending the email since i dont get it and it prints that what am i doing wrong?
