I don't know if this is a feature or bug, but this doesn't work:
if (!(isset(@$GLOBALS['SPEEDY_GLOBAL_VARS']['PAGE_NAME'])))
On the other hand, this works:
if (!(@isset($GLOBALS['SPEEDY_GLOBAL_VARS']['PAGE_NAME'])))
