I'm writing an IRC bot and I'm using fsockopen(). For some reason It can only send certain
amounts of data out at a time, in say 1000byte chunks then when more data comes in it sends the rest
out like it's being buffered. If you know how to set the socket buffering so that it
doesn't buffer or know how I can flush the socket buffer, please tell me. Thanks in advance.
