note 23079 added to function.count

Perhaps change the wording of this description from "Count elements in a variable" to "Count total elements in a variable" as it may be interpreted (by me) as a function for counting specific elements (ie, number of substrings) -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.count.php http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+23079 http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+23079 http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+23079
