p_open returns header as part of body
p_open may appear to be broken when the headers it receives contains a blank line.
This may be caused by an errant Apache Module, such as mod_throttle, which may be sending a newline
as part of the init.
Other causes can be achieved with sloppy php coding. The difference is that this problem begins and
ends in the server config.
