File Permission with move_uploaded file or copy<br><br>
Is there any way with move_uploaded_file or copy functions to control the file permissions of the
uploaded file?
<br>I do not want the file to be executable when it is in temp dir or moved to final dir. I
haven't seen any way in this site or multiple user sites to do this.<br>
This seems like a simple option that *should* be included in php (it's in perl) but I may have
to give up and use fwrite instead. Any knowledge, suggestions or strategies are appreciated.
