note 23279 added to install.windows

i've tried the snapshots they compile fine but i wouldn't recommend using them as i have so far experienced script problems. especially to do with long processing of mysql table dumps. Furthermore when i run phpinfo() sometimes page does not load and when it does parts of the html generated shows garbled data (probably of some cache dump from previous script runs) so far i can't explain why sometimes the script will fail to run on a long mysql query. -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/install.windows.php http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+23279 http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+23279 http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+23279
