note 23459 added to faq.misc

Hi. I am new to php. I am trying to make php work with personal web sever in windows 98. I configured the php.ini file and did some change in the register by following the instruction in the install file. Here is the kind of problem I am facing. I create an HTML text box and give it the name Comment. Then I type some comments into the box and call a php script file to insert the comment into mysql dabase. Normally, PHP engine would create a variable with the name $Comment. However, it doesn't happen in my computer. What happens is when I echo the variable in the php file, it shows the variable is empty.
