note 23540 added to function.setcookie

setcookie("login[username]",$_POST['username']);
setcookie("login[session]",$token);
On a linux apache2 host, this sets two cookie parts, as desired.
On a windows apache2 host, it sets login[session] ONLY. Apparently, the latter cookie overwrites the
former in this situation.
