It seems, as if it was not possible to overwrite files using ftp. While fopen("ftp://usr:pwd@server/file","w")
works fine in creating the file, the same command issued a 2nd time cannot overwrite the file. The
error message is "File exists". I don't know whether that's a bug or a feature,
undocumented for sure it is.
